Schaz I absolutely love the contrariness of forming an anti-alliance alliance let's do this thing
First order of business: come up with a suitable name
Second order of business: figure out if we need rules like wheat's alliance because I'm not sure I put much stock in any rules that aren't direct from the PMC
Third order of business: ??? I dunno probably figuring out who we like/dislike and trust/distrust I guess
