You go get the ROLLING CART with the TV on it, and bring it around to the EAST side of ROOM 2 so the cord can reach; you then plug said cord into the WHITE OUTLET. You go ahead and try to turn on the TV again; this time it responds to the power button, and the screen immediately displays a close-up of a CABINET. The CABINET's doors have a padlock holding them shut.

You think you hear something rattle very slightly inside, like it's being held in but not extremely tightly...but nothing actually comes out.
