Similar to the Fortuna OC's up for grabs, this topic will be dedicated to archiving apps that creators do not plan to submit, but state that others should feel free to grab them, tweak them, and dunk them into Fortuna using their own app slot.
Each entry should use the Fortuna App format, and in addition detail what the new owner is free to do with the app.
Examples include: Minor tweaks only, everything but (insert thing here) can be changed, no changes please, etc
