for the record i'm interpreting the 3-votes-to-name-change thing as SEQUENTIAL, not cumulative. in other words, even if one title has 28 votes, it'll still get overturned by something that gets 3 votes after, so as to encourage chaos. if one is repealed then it reverts back to the previous title on the sequential list of victors, and if they're all repealed we revert back to #0, hawkspace after dark. current list, by my reckoning:
0. Hawkspace After Dark
1. Neo New Trollslum
2. Hawkspace After Dark (never got changed over since I couldn't get in touch w/ schazer)
