One of each for everybody:

Silent Spear (Spear combined with sound absorbing foam)
Silent Bow w/ Arrows (Bow combined with sound absorbing foam)
Silent Covering (outerwear cloak combined with sound absorbing foam)

Emergency time reverse item (old bag works)

The scotsman's wail (Bagipes + megaphone + leafblower. A sonic weapon with a deafening effect on enemies.)

...arent uh
aren't spears, and bows and arrows usually silent already?

Only in comparison to firearms. They're still louder than an average person's talking voice if you're using them.
