The rules
Speed Grading - the round
Note: for all content rules, exclude the quoted part.
1) Post must be made within 60 seconds of the previous. UNIX timestamp is used for checking.
2) Excluding the quoted part, the post must be at most one sentence long
3) Post must quote previous post. (and yes, previous post may refer to a judgement post.)
4) Of the digits 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5: the post must contain precisely the digits of the rules that the previous post passes. [Rules hell proviso: use the set of rules used to grade THIS post to determine which digits to use - this is because it may not be easily definable as to what rules a judgement post is required to pass, so just use the current ruleset in that event.]
5) Counting the unquoted part only: post contains a negatory word (e.g. no, not, none, doesn't, never) if and only if there are no numbers.

The winning post didn't bother with rule 5 because it had a number that wasn't 1-5. Ah well that's how things roll sometimes
