The head tilt, while it looks good in anime, usually just creeps people out. The extended "Hiiiiii~" is another classic mistake for beginner deceivers, it comes off as TOO friendly and just creeps people out. The foreknowledge of what you are going to be doing can spook some people, try just asking what they want out of the visit instead. Lastly, the enthusiasm is overdone a little, just need to lower it a touch.

Or maybe that was the entire point. To be as unsettling as possible without appearing rude or directly hostile so that the threat doesn't decide to stick around.
