For starters, the "Friendly smile" move you tried had way to much eye contact and your eyes were to wide open, giving the feeling that you are STARING INTO THEIR VERY SOUL instead of a nice friendly smile. The head tilt, while it looks good in anime, usually just creeps people out. The extended "Hiiiiii~" is another classic mistake for beginner deceivers, it comes off as TOO friendly and just creeps people out. The foreknowledge of what you are going to be doing can spook some people, try just asking what they want out of the visit instead. Lastly, the enthusiasm is overdone a little, just need to lower it a touch.
