Some hints

1) Indeed, every post that passes rule 1 contains a number never before used in the round. However there's more to it!
2) Rules 2 and 3 are not meta/circumstantial and will consistently pass given the same post.
3) Since no posts have actually passed rule 3 to date, here's a post that passes rule 3.
4) Rule 4 functions similarly to 33.3. What I'm saying is, you probably shouldn't worry about understanding this rule; it'll happen every so often. (With that said - rule 4 is completely circumstantial and it doesn't matter what content you put into a post - this is the only rule that is content-neutral.)
5) When I say that a post "technically doesn't pass rule 5" they were REALLY CLOSE to passing rule 5
