Post making contest: easier mode

This is easy ruleset #6.

1. Post must begin with 'This is ____' with the blank indicating what the post is.
   
2. Post must contain either a number sequence or a number that is part of a sequence (either continuing from a pre-established sequence elsewhere or starting from the number 1).
   
3. Post must have at least three paragraphs, wherein a paragraph is a line of text separated by an empty line.
   
4. Post must contain the hash symbol (#)
   
5. Post must end with 'End of message.'
