This ruleset is named:
"A Paucity of Dulcimer Traffic in the Lilac Canyon Filling with Dust"

STIPULATIONS REGARDING RULES:
A: Rules do not refer to any other rule in any 'contests' derived from and including the "Post Making Contest."
B: No rule contains a proposition which explicitly is composed of more than three propositions.
C: All rules consist of one main proposition.
D: Each rule is themed. The theme is important and offers insight about the rule.
E: Rules roughly progress in difficulty according to their number.

STIPULATIONS REGARDING JUDGING:
Judging will take two forms:
