Lucas: How much money does Chick-fil-a usually cost?
Derrick: Well between the two of us, no more than 20 dollars.

Lucas: And I told you all that stuff at the sleep over about ghosts and stuff?

Derrick: I mean, I've seen some crazy stuff in my dreams, but...
Derrick: I mean it's not like it's real or anything.
Lucas: I remembered when you said you saw a ghost yourself.

Derrick: Yeah... That was pretty scary.
Derrick: But my sister made it go away.
Lucas: ....
Lucas: You know, do you recall why exactly your sister moved away?
Lucas: I mean she sorta popped back into your life like nothing happened at all.
Lucas: Don't you find that funny?
Derrick: .... No. She's been through a lot within the foster care agency.
Derrick: I'm just glad I have her back.
Lucas: Hm.
Lucas: How come you're like that...?
Derrick: Like what?
Lucas: You're just... going with the flow, not questioning anything.
Lucas: There is weird stuff all around you, yet...

Derrick: I dunno, I guess I haven't seen or heard anything that alarming.
