Introductions: The Inauguraling

Although I'm no newcomer to internet forums (I've been on the internet for six or more years now), I am a newcomer to this particular one. Give me a few days/weeks to get over this awkward newbie shyness so I can get complacent enough to do some reckless things. You guys seem cool, like a few other tight-knit forum communities I've been to. I'll try to stay active but I bet after a few months I'll be on hiatus here and resume my other forum activities (or start a new one). For now I'm just here to quietly stalk one or two forum adventures and maybe make my own once I'm ready.

A more introduction-y introductionHello, I'm GuardianTempest and I hail from the +8GMT timezone! I like stick figures, amateur flash animation, battle choreography, Original Characters and pitting them against each other because donut steel fights seem like so much fun. When you combine all that, you get the Rock Hard Gladiators, some animator battle thing that's very popular in an incredibly-obscure part of the internet. I also looooove Waterworks, y'know, that MSPFA currently hosted here? Yeah, very cool.

On the art skill tiers, I'm just above the ocean floor. I'm no absolute garbage but I'm still horribly mediocre. I have a ton of ideas on the backburner since I was 14 but I'm not good enough to fully realize at least half of them. I really should've started earlier in life but I never got to since I had to focus more on school stuff. Now I'm college and I'm drawing chicken scratches while other (younger) artists just blaze past me. I also wish for more free time but I guess that's at a premium in this modern life.

Hopefully this is the year where it all changes.

I just hope none of you recognize me from the other communities, that would be embarrassing! Please don't actually try and follow my trail, 90% of my stuff is old trash from the past.
