Pharms I sent you a PM asking for a slight tiny adjustment to make Noctilucent fit better (it's nothing major if you haven't already looked at it).
ATH i had some issues with your character, that I didn't feel the concept was very compelling or useful and I also had issue with some of the logic involved in this concept and the profile at large.
I'm going to write up a quick intro now, sorry for this all taking so long. Blame my awful sleep schedule/internet connection/life.
