I don't think rule 1 is right. I kept breaking rule only one and each had a valid link to a post.

I think that rule 3 or 4 could be "no more than 1 quote"?

Rules about rules:
1. Only 5 rules maximum.
2. Nested rules are RIGHT OUT (i.e. "Post must follow all of g0m's original rules")
3. No If statements in your rules. (This one is debatable)
4. Rules should be reasonably sovleable by a group whose only feedback is which rules certain posts break.
5. After a certain period of time, the rule maker may begin to reveal rules. (Unprecidented, also debatable)

This post breaks rules 3 (barely), 4, and 5.

I vote yes on rule 1 only. Rule 4 is like, in what metric is that measured. Give me an example of a rule that could not be eventually figured out by a couple of hints and deductive reasoning. Rule 5 is host's discretion we don't need a rule for that.

I don't think there should be a limit to rule complexity though, save the host's own discretion of what will get them publicly ostracized from polite society.

I propose a new rule. No blue lizards.
