I vote yes on rule 1 only. Rule 4 is like, in what metric is that measured. Give me an example of a rule that could not be eventually figured out by a couple of hints and deductive reasoning. Rule 5 is host's discretion we don't need a rule for that.

I don't think there should be a limit to rule complexity though, save the host's own discretion of what will get them publicly ostracized from polite society.

I propose a new rule. No blue lizards.
