okay so literally the second anything has 3 "yes" votes on it (after subtracting the amounts of "no" votes) the vote goes through. that's it

edit: also of note is that votes never close so even after something passes you can keep on voting, and that propositions that have become rules can be found in the "what is hawkspace after dark" thread
