Post making contest 1.0

For fairness, this is the addendum I added at the end of rule 3 to cover Ix's post.

(In this case, the absence of content is still considered part of the post)

But I also changed the basic wording of rule 3, so all the posts that I said were "Iffy" or "Tough to judge" are no longer iffy or tough to judge, but completely and utterly breaking rule 3.
