There's lots of stuff in vinegar! I didn't know until recently - having thought vinegar was just a weak solution of acetic acid - but it's got a lot of biochemicals and mineral compounds because it's an undistilled product of bacterial fermentation. I love fermented products, the process is so cool and I love the flavors of decomposition.
