All is well it appears, thank you all for your concern. It's kind of funny, as soon as I said that, the treatment actually started and I had to disappear. Alanis Morisette is my patron saint, Our Lady of Inconvenient but Unironic Events. Looks like I'll be fine though and able to return to work in about two days. I won't be able to do some of my tasks, but my manager and I should be able to make things work. I was very afraid, but now I'm not.
