Partly because he's too embroiled in the inner conflict of THOSE SURREPTITIOUS SPELLCASTERS AND HOW HE WILL NOT HESITATE TO WIPE MARBLE FLOORS CLEAN WITH THEM... and partly because she's waving that titanic broadsword too zealously for his liking.
