I kinda felt the same way a couple years ago when I got tired of prog. I think it's good, though! Try some new stuff!
Bought my dad this album for Father's Day. I really like it too.

He's a bassist/singer who's collaborated with Flying Lotus a lot. Some of his better cuts, like this one, sound somewhere between George Duke and weird glitchy electronic stuff.

I appreciate it at least :3
Regulars of this thread will know that I am a connoisseur of Bad Metal. Today, I was revisiting what might be the crown jewel of my collection: I'd like you all, if you can, to just take a moment and revel in its inexplicable glory: the band name, the video, the music, everything. Thank you.

I-i don't understand the screams, and i don't think i'll ever will.
I do listen to most things here but i never comment because i have nothing to say, if i like something i give it a like on youtube to listen to it again. After all, what am i going to say? "I like this". I don't understand shit about music.

Stij Wrote:Bad MetalMy god, it's like someone jammed all the themes from F-Zero GX together I enjoy this, somehow? But how In other news, I been playing' TWEWY too damn much. Game's an excellent and varied soundtrack; I recommend you give each song a listen since there's prolly at least one or two things you'll like in there. That might be my acclimation from having-played-too-much talking, but still! Plenty of good shit to be found within.

I love TWEWY, but I still can't decide if I like the soundtrack or not. There are some good instrumental tracks on there but most of the vocal tracks fall flat for me.
I dunno. I generally don't like vocals in VGM so maybe I'm biased. It's definitely ambitious for a game soundtrack! I kind of liked Coheed and Cambria's new album(s) but they're definitely goofy and melodramatic.

I have a tendency to mostly listen to a single artist/band for several months at a time.
Right now I'm really into The Paper Chase.

If you slow down a film too much it will just become a series of images, and likewise if you slow down a guitar too much, it will cease to sound like a guitar. This is a really good explanation. I never thought of it that way.

I'm still working my way through your Raw Man megapost, Supe. I only listen to music while i draw and i haven't drawn much lately so progress has been slow, i'm liking his stuff a lot so far, some of those songs kinda remind of me Hideki Naganuma.
