Foreshadowing....

I have a great admiration for people who can do it all with one kind of knife. I try to work up to that level with the French-style chef’s knife, but maybe one of these days when I have my own place I can practice the Chinese-style one.

I think we might be trying out a few different types to see what we like the best.
