This is Wheat’s Role in its entirety:
You are Aldrin Buzz Jr., the CEO’s Child, aka the Independent Celebrity Vanilla Wine UnimaginableRiches Chest Gallis Stump Greedlesson Hated Drunk.

Your parent, the CEO of WhatTheBuzz, doesn’t care about you. That much is obvious, after you were put in with the rest of the servants in this little game. They constantly send you presents, but they don’t wrap them. They don’t tuck in a little handwritten card that says "from Buzz Sr.". They don’t shower you with every material need. Well, they do, but it isn’t enough. You would never tell this to anyone, but all you want is the approval of the one who brought you into this world. And if killing some servants will do that, you are more than happy to oblige.

At the start of the game, your full role is disclosed (apart from your win condition). You alone have this extreme privilege, being too distinct from all the rest.

On Night 0, you may select 2 items from the following list to be added to your inventory: Credit Card, Silver Spoon, Duplicator, Silver Letter Opener, Crystalized Life. You aren’t sure what they do, but they are simply amazing. You do not receive the description of the items in your inventory, and every item you own or recieve acts as if it has no effect while in your inventory.

Each Night, you may either add another random item from the above list to your inventory, or gain a copy of a random item in your inventory.

If you have at least 1 vote, but not the majority, by the end of any Day, you will be lynched. If you have the majority, you will not be lynched. You cannot be hammered.

If you die from a lynch, the items in your inventory are doubled, and then are distributed evenly among your lynchers (not including anonymous votes). If there are not enough items, it is random who gets the extras.

If you die from any other source, no one gets your items, and your killer is publicly revealed.

Regardless of how you die, you become a Stump, and may continue to post as normal during the Day.

Now, that green font in Aldrin's title might just be ~MISDIRECTION~, but I can tell you it sure feels like a mild confirmation that he's tellin' the truth about being town!

And yeah, I do believe if Wheat has the majority it'll just be a no lynch! which is Not Ideal!

I want them to not die, though, and if they DO die with my vote on them, thn I get an item out of it probably! If they have votes on them, which because of a52, will 100% be the case, they will die, unless they end up with the majority. And only those who are voting for them get items distributed to them. I'm voting for them because, as said, either it can contribute to them surviving, or I can benefit from it.

i think if we want the vending machine to die we need to have the vending machine at at least 6 votes, and wheat at that plus one, minimum. I think.

That results in either a vending machine lynch or a no lynch and if we can somehow collaborate to make it happen it'd at least like, be a lesson about the mechanics rather than just assuming it works one way or the other. And like, honestly I think that vending machine would be bolded in the votals if it were the yes lynch way so there'd probably be time to rework it????

It takes 6 votes to Soft Lynch and 12 to Hammer (Hard Lynch). Day 1 ends in ~50 hours (Thursday October 11th, 11 am EST).

If wheat has at least one vote, then the only outcomes for the lynch is wheat dies or no lynch, as wheat lives with majority and ties and dies on minority. Since the three likely results of the day are no lynch, lynch wheat, or lynch vending machine, I don't think town is going to be getting anything done today.

Though if I bore malicious intent, I'd prefer wheat to remain alive until town had a confirmed fellow mafia on the ropes. Then they would put one vote on wheat and could no longer be lynched.

Like, are we 100% that this is true? Like, absolutely certain? I still think we try to get something like Vending Machine (6), Wheat (7) and see what happens.

So firstly, just wanted to note how this is an incredibly "safe" position to take here. Like, on a selfish level, this post + the vote is incredibly "safe" because if you get the no-lynch, then you got what you "wanted," but if you don't, you get a guaranteed item. So, solid "hm" on this one. Seeing as no-lynch is non-productive for town (though admittedly day 1 is the least relevant one, and also this is a clusterfuck game sooooo...), and the value of the item for town is entirely dependent on the alignment of the recipient, this strikes me as overall negative towards town.

Which doesn't mean the other 3 folks on this wagon have not gained my moderate scorn. If we're gonna kill Wheat, we might as well load up the Vending Machine up to around 12-13, and then have the other half of town vote Wheat, such that this becomes less of a cashgrab and more of a lottery.
