Thou: Randomized my starting crew, ended up with the Vasikos ship of course because dealing with crew size limits in the tutorial is totally dumb. Ended up with a pretty...interesting crew.

Thou: We had a quelan cosplayer, a gigne devil summoner, an ocquintas gunner, a pagepoh hand model who was like, apparently also a spy? A tegyp financial officer, an itzel trashmaster, a notail captain, oh and job. His job was just..

Thou: And that’s just the starting crew. We eventually got an abomination oomn, a cuppa geneticist, a really cute robot, and another notail who wasn’t even on the crew. He just sort of stowed away on the ship.

Thou: Anyway, game started out pretty normal I guess, our first planet was the kuppa homeplanet, which consisted of half the crew taking a factory tour and the other half buying things. We ended up buying a robot crew member, and when we left we “convinced” a really sassy kuppa to join the crew.

-Crew is more likely to be surrounded or ambushed in combat scenarios

Huehueteol As A Patron

With Huehueteol as a Patron your crew will start with very little food supplies, (Only a single days worth) but Huehueteol will grant you twice as much food per every animal killed or forage gathered.

-Great for hunter builds

Athena As A Patron

Athena is a very strict about being a patron and if there’s one thing Athena hates it’s luck. If you ever roll the lowest possible number Athena will cancel the roll and reroll. The negative side to this is Athena will reroll if you get the highest possible number as well.

Athena will require she makes and controls the leader of your crew. Due to this she will give it extra points and this leader will only have 1 negative trait. You are allowed to give Athena more characters to control but she only requires the leader.



Pros
- Athena will stop being your patron the moment you ask as she is neither clingy nor wishes the player ill will. She honors herself as being drama free as possible.

- Athena sees the player as an equal.

- Athena commonly comes up with well thought up plans and actions as she refuses to fight a battle she does not believe she can win. She knows when to respectfully retreat.


Cons
- Athena requires she controls your ship leader and as such if you and Athena disagree on an issue the leader of the crew will not support the crew’s (Your) actions.

- Athena is hard to befriend and is rather cold about protecting what she sees as pixels. Athena feels as if she is a player, not a character. As such she will sacrifice crew without a thought if she feels it’s right.

- Athena refuses to stop controlling the crew’s leader until you befriend her. Befriending her is a long and tedious task as she prides herself in being emotionless at times.

Omoikane As A Patron

With the god of Intelligence on your side, your crew will always have the intelligence to succeed! Your crew will each gain a bonus point in Intelligence during skill checks, and skill checks involving intelligence will be slightly easier!

-Great for characters with psychic powers

-Crewmembers may obtain chronic head pains disabling them for short periods of time

Quetzalcoatl As A Patron

Powers:
Through sacrifice you may gain great strength, with Quetzalcoatl as a patron you may sacrifice a crew member or npc to receive bonuses to your crews stats.

- +2 to every stat for the remaining crew after a crewmembers death done in sacrifice
- +1 to every stat for a single crew member for sacrificing an Npc

Nyx As A Patron

Powers: As the player's patron, Nyx will be able to scare away most AI gods from messing with the player and their characters. -Being roomtrapped by other ai is less common
-Gods will give you gifts!

Stolas As A Patron

Powers: Stolas commands 26 legions of Demons and with enough friendship can summon them to assist you in combat. Additionally Stolas will offer up any knowledge he can on poisonous plants, herbs, and precious stones.

-Your crew will be able to find herbs and precious stones easily


Cons
-Stolas is a Goetic demon, and may ask a deal of you.

Andras As A Patron

Powers: Andras is a demon marquis commanding thirty legions of demons. His main ability is to sow discord among his, and your enemies. Enemies of the player will slowly begin to have their stats lowered the longer the fight lasts.


Pros
-Andras will teach you many killing techniques

Cons
-Andras will very commonly stir up trouble in your run and lead you to unneeded fights.

Izanagi As A Patron

SpoilerShow

Powers: Izanagi is the leader of the Japanese pantheon and as such commands great power. With Izanagi as a patron you will gain friendship with other Japanese gods much faster. This is excluding Izanami, whom you will immediately become a target of as Izanami hates Izanagi.


Pros
-Izanagi can call divine lightning spears at high friendship

-Like all Japanese deities, Izanagi has an "Awakened" state that is extremely powerful.

Cons
-Izanami will relentlessly hunt you down and will be nigh impossible to achieve any friendship with.

Loki As A Patron

SpoilerShow

Powers: The shapeshifting trickster, Loki. Loki is a prominent figure of the norse pantheon and will grant a single crew member the ability to disguise them self. Additionally, Loki will cause various forms of mischief through your game, sometimes beneficial and sometimes detrimental.


Pros
-Loki has no qualms over what you do as a player, he will enjoy any mischief as long as he is allowed to take part.

Cons
-Loki is not looked favorable upon by the norse pantheon, and as such they will not look favorably upon you.

Dagda As A Patron

SpoilerShow

Powers: Dagda is an irish death and agriculture god, and as such his boons are quite similar to that of other death gods. With Dagda as your patron he will bring a single crew member back from the dead once in exchange for him being able to use the crewmember from that point on for anything he wishes. Additionally, he will occasionally warn the player of dangers that they cannot feasibly win or have a low chance of winning.


Pros
-Dagda can bring the dead back to life

Cons
-Dagda typically keeps to himself. Attempting to pry into Dagda's life will cause him to become much more abrasive than normal
