Everything is Sore and How Do I Breathe?
Welcome to the Eagletime fitness thread. Here we will discuss workouts, sexy six-packs and self improvement.

I've recently been slacking on my lifting, so when I took the time to go on Saturday I was unsurprisingly weak and now my arms hurt. I'll try to go back after work today.

This is the abs workout of my childhood which I was so happy to find online.

Finally, the thread for me

I decided (after not exercising for 2? 3? years) that i really need to get my ass into gear and stop being such a fat lump, so i've gotten some exercise clothes and some obnoxiously bright yellow sneakers and a skipping rope to do so. I've managed one go at it so far and felt like i was dying :v

I'm optimistic about my ability to stick with this, since i got something high impact/low time commitment so it will actually hold my attention.

I'd use scissors, or a battleaxe if you can find one (newly skinny people have bought most of the stock so they're hard to come by now).
