Priwix - Several Condemned Folks

The Wraith stares at their hand in thought, but is distracted by the aura of the cold from the figure nearby them. Shuddering slightly, they turn and move away, south. They attempt to see if anything else strange is happening in the rest of the... city?
[btw are the rivers of tar normal for this place? can i ask questions about what my character would assumedly know about the world?]

The maven points finger guns at the stooge, and lifts their head up from the table.

“So, uhhh, any clue what’s happening out there? I sort of want to help stop him, but there has to be a reason that there’s a large, nude man outside throwing salt at the window of a diner... Probably not a good one, seeing how... seeing how ridiculous it sounds, now i’ve said it out loud.”
