All we need is to define a field arbitrarily specific enough that only someone on our crew is in it, automatically making them the "ultimate in their field". Does anyone on the crew have some specific hobby or habit that could be defined specifically enough, like "clicking fingers while watching a bird while waiting in a line to buy blue pants etc"?
