It's the same plain halls and easy-to-clean furniture and carpeted waiting rooms you see in all hospitals, even in space. Familiarity helps, so they don't try and get creative with these areas...even if the rest of the structure is avant-garde, the hospitals are always the same.
Although...this place looks like more of a clinic. It's definitely not Denebola Station.
But given that your interlocutor said "ship," that's not much of an deduction.
