You are the Trenchcoat Guy

There have been a string of murders going on, with seemingly no pattern. No one has noticed, since they gave all been on different planets. But you found a connection. This guy. You have been following him around for weeks, and he's visited people across the galaxy. Every single one has ended up dead come morning.

You have found 2 clues so far. The first one is something inexpiable that you call "the camera". Now, normally, there would be cameras all over, right? But not the exact same one. As far as you can tell, this thing has always been right behind him, seeing everything. And it is the exact same camera each time. You have, not once, seen what it's attached to. It's always peeking around a corner or through a window. The second clue is one of your suits suddenly going off the grid. This should not be possible due to the chips installed in the users. Very troubling.
