maybe a sixteen character post just can't pass rule 5 for some reason i don't know at this point.
i really was going to quit until i realized i hadn't tried all the permutations but now that i did and they all failed who knows.

HINT: as a byproduct of rule 5, all posts that pass it have a property that I'm surprised didn't come up in your character count analysis. A post consisting of 16 letters of the alphabet does not have this property, regardless of which letters you use.
