What's weird is that it isn't every old thread.
It's almost certainly due to the switch to MyBB (at least I think that was when it started happening) but not all of the threads have fallen victim to it. No idea what the common factor was.
I actually compiled a list of affected threads in case it might be fixable one day.
I usually click "last post", so I don't notice it, though.
