Does the name "Big Ben" imply the existence of a hypothetical "Little Ben", or do all Bens have the potential to transform into a Big Ben like Gigantamax Pokemon?

Can confirm, Big Ben is a Gigantamax. That's why the UK government won't tell you where the dynamax spots are; they don't want to deal with multiple Big Bens confusing people as to the time.

These are both valuable pieces of information I will store in my heart. I bet Little Ben is the 'baby' form, that evolves into Ben and from their has the potential to be a Big Ben, if the British Government weren't so stingy on the dynamax secrets
