Here is my blood information!! There's a such thing as a pig's blood ice cream sundae. Apparently it's got both alcohol and chocolate to mask the fact that pig blood is kind of gross tasting. I'd still try it just for the novelty though. (Imagine being able to just, go up to someone and say "yeah I've had pig blood before.", that would be worth it to me.)

Did you know that in the ancient times, insects were Very Large?
This is because there was a lot more oxygen in the atmosphere then, so their primitive cardiovascular respiratory systems (their Blood Systems) were able to keep up with their Very Large bodies.

Bug blood fact: Bug blood doesn't carry oxygen and instead just kind of squeegees hormones through the bug.

Blood fact: the primitive respiratory systems of bugs is made up of spiracles, air tubes that connect directly to bug tissues. The above fact has nothing to do with blood at all!

Blood fact: have you heard the saying "blood is thicker than water", which means that family / blood relatives should stick together?
this is a common misquote. the full saying is "the blood of the covenant is thicker than the water of the womb", which has the exact opposite a very different meaning!

- Blood fact!! The average clotting time varies wildly based on environmental factors. 3-15 minutes is a pretty massive range in health situations!
- Blood fiction!! Certain symbiotic leech gods may promise supernatural powers in exchange for blood. What they usually DON'T tell you is that they will drink from your veins every time you want to use their gift. It is very painful! (And usually short-lived, especially for passive powers.)

but what happens if someone eats a someone who bleeds fresh water? if you eat blood you become blood, but if the blood is fresh water you'd become fresh water, right? so if you ate only strict vegans, you would technically count as a strict vegan because you would bleed fresh water
