Modern education is based on writing essays - MelanyWalker - 01-31-2018
Nowadays, we can hardly ever find a teacher, who doesn't give their students different kinds of writing assignments. Essays are the most common of them. Doing such time of work helps students to develop their writing skills, to learn to find and analyze information and also promotes self education.
What do you think about such type of homework? Isn't it too difficult?

Essays are too hard to write, I hate doing essays for English class!
If only there was a convenient solution to help educate me about essays and essay topics.

A shorter essay is called an "essella" or an "esselette".

The term “essay” comes from essayist Michel de Montaigne, who could only speak English with a very French accent. Seeing as he is no longer alive to ask, there isn’t a good way to really be sure what he meant by this

There are things to be said about essays. It was inevitable. Some might call this "sour grapes". It has really gone too far. Why don't you give it a try? As they say, "a rolling stone gathers no moss". You have been tricked. This can be very difficult. What makes you think your opinions are valuable? Some people are just in it for the money. Blood is thicker than water. Eat the rich. A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush. That's just how it is. Essays must be stopped with violent force.

Essays are fine. MLA-format 5 paragraph essays are very much not.
