Text Adventures on Tape (Taking requests and looking for volunteers) - Dragon Fogel - 07-15-2016

So I've been thinking lately about how, since I update Swamped every day, it takes a while to catch up on. Which means I sometimes have trouble getting suggestions, because all of my regulars are behind.

And then an idea struck me: why not read the text out loud, so people can listen to it while they do other things?

Of course, this might be useful for other text adventures as well, so, I decided to make a thread so we can get this organized.

Basically: you can request to have your adventure recorded by one of the many talented voices of Eagle Time, or you can volunteer your reading services. I will also probably use this thread to link to the finished recordings.

If there's an adventure you'd like recorded that isn't yours, contact the author and ask for their permission. If the adventure in question is one of mine, you can ask in this thread. I'll make a nice list of links to the recordings in this post once things get underway.

If an adventure has both images and text and you feel it would be worthwhile to record the text anyways, feel free to bring that up and see if anyone's interested in recording it.

Can you do all of All Night Laundry? Melonspa

But seriously, this is a great idea, and I'd love to listen to some adventures.

Ooh, this seems pretty cool! I'd be willing to do some reading, if/when I find the time to get some good voice recording software.
