The link there leads to Wikiverse, a wiki detailing information on all sorts of planets. A quick skim reveals to you that the 'planet' is actually a moon sized spaceship, so it moves around. It could be behind another planet at the moment, or just outside of the telescope range for now. You're sure that the fact that you can't find it doesn't mean anything bad.
