Tonya looks kind of cool and calculating about this new situation she has found herself in with her friend. In truth, she is shaking quite harshly and is pretty scared for herself and her friend.
Tonya's fight or flight response kicks in. She doesn't want anyone getting hurt in case Thalia is bugging out and would lash out at anyone. So, Tonya quickly tries to raise her arm at Thalia and attempts to use her [Psychic Powers] to restrain Thalia. At least for long enough to listen to reason.
"Whoa! Hold on there for a second please... I'm not insulting your art. I'm just trying to figure it out while having a bit of fun! You didn't tell us what it was so I thought it was up for Interpretation... My mistake. Now, let's just calm down and think things out..."
Tonya would give Felt a cue or some mind message about how if Thalia, for whatever reason, kills her. To shut her down. But Tonya can't do mind reading or any of that useful information junk. Plus, Felt seems busy. Heck, she can hardly do telekinesis with any more force then or normal strength now and a days. She's not what she used to be.

The oomn, seizing the moment of high chaos, a thing that she was rather quite uncomfortable with, quickened her pace, sidling in right next to the spooper. She slipped one hand out of her sweatshirt pocket and reached for the spooper's hand, trying to slip the emerald ring off of her finger.

Tonya is unamused and attempts to exert her psychic powers again, focusing on shutting the Shop door. Tonya motions over towards Felt and speaks in a irritated tone. "Shoot Thalia, don't go scaring the recruit like this! If this kind of behavior keeps up. You might not be allowed in the Casino! I don't think they take too kindly to overheating, angry bots in there. Safety hazards and all that jazz..."
Tonya is *this* close to leaving a note and bailing to go to the Casinos to blow off some steam. She is really worried about Thalia and others and is considering having the New Recruit Felt open her up and have a looksee. Sal in the shop is sure as hell taking their sweet time grabbing 4 things. Tonya does not notice the Oomn. [I'm unsure if it is up to the player for theft to occur or if a roll must take place.]
[As for the Mayhem. I indirectly insulted the A.I's art on accident.]

The oomn pulled the ring off the spooper's finger as her scarf wrapped around the chain with a pendent on it and pulled. The oomn took the necklace from her scarf and shoved both it and the ring into her pockets with her other stolen goods. It took the oomn a mere moment to see the AI begin to give chase, and she instinctively bolted for the door, wishing to make a [social escape]. She really wished she could have played that better, she knew she could have, she was a disappointment.

Tonya apologizes to Sal, but in a [Flirtatious] manner. "Sorry! Our A.I's a little buggy right now. If you want, I can make it up to you later~."
Tonya giggles to herself before continuing talking, "But, for now how much are these?"
