Okay so putting aside my terrible novel for a moment here are some other things I found:

The earliest conception of Phere (so early I had completely forgot this was how she was originally conceived):

the past Wrote:Dreaming Kingdom – Mouth – Phere, the first ruler of the Dreaming Kingdom replaced her mouth with her Hollow. Afterwards she found that whatever she asked of someone they did. At first she refrained from doing this on moral grounds. Eventually she gave in to the temptation and started to command her staff and eventually she began to command her entire kingdom. This has continued ever since. Only those with Hollows of their own can resist the ruler of the Dreaming Kingdom. Her people are efficient, polite, attentive and always do as they are told.

This was part of a forum game I was planning (I presume since it was contained in the same folder as other stuff I had done for that) which I put a lot of work into and remember almost nothing about.
