This passes rule 1 (? If you're looking for understandable examples of rule 1 passes don't look here) and could pass rule 5 by virtue of outside context but if i'm gonna be strict it doesn't.

At this point I don't envisage anyone successfully identifying the soundtrack. And while I maintain that this isn't necessary in indentifying these rules and winning this round, it would give you some big clues to help you on your way. So let me give you a pretty big hint:
