I wasn't actually wearing that sweater today, I was wearing a button-down + jacket because I was giving a speech. I only put it on because it's a new addition to my wardrobe.

haha, no i'm just double jointed, which doesn't mean I have twice as many joints, just I'm more flexible. I'm less flexible than I was when I was younger though.
But yeah, it does look kind a weird to a lot of people who have never seen this before.

"Most people have hypermobility with no other symptoms. In fact, approximately 5% of the healthy population have hypermobile joints"
But apparently there are very health hazards associated with it, like a higher risk of osteoarthritis.... but still, I'd say I'm fine. I hardly think about it in my life, usually only when other people notice it.

I had this classmate in 3rd grade who could bend his thumb joints backwards at 90° each and it didn’t hurt. His hands looked weird.

After a decade of hair-growth and hair-have, I decided apropos of little that it was time for a change. I chopped it all off last week. I decided with similarly little provocation that now would be a decent time for my Actually Putting Pictures of Myself Anywhere You People Could Reasonably See Them debut.
Turns out my roommate's camera has poorer resolution than I'd hoped, though, so instead here are some grainy webcam shots.
