Flair Like You Don't Care: Threads may now have prefixes. Prefixes may be submitted in a dedicated thread and added to HAD/Stephen King's The Dead Zone proper if they receive a seconding.
Prefixes may be removed if three people ask for it. (so anything which breaks the forum in a non-hilarious way can be taken down)

I had initially felt that because the prop targeted threads and not users, it would fall under "playful" instead of "offensive", but I was wrong.

actually I'm gonna vote no on prop reyweld trash royal and instead propose:
Prop Reyweld's Trash Reign Ascension: Reyweld becomes a member of the user group Trash Royal of Shit Town, provided they do the following:
- Create a thread petitioning the Common Folk of Stephen King's The Dead Zone™ to lend their support to his ascension.
- Anyone who has posted in Stephen King's The Dead Zone™ before said thread's creation can post in the thread explaining what Reyweld has to do to gain their Douxtoken.
- Once Reyweld has five more completed Quests than incomplete/refused ones he is forever instated as a member of the user group Trash Royal of Shit Town, but can only use his powers in a designated thread made by him called the Palace.
