You can change them if you'd like. Ain't no penalty for flip-floppin other than I might not update them right away.
Also, @a52 did I merge a prop? I'll have to go back and check. It wasn't intentional unless maybe I was ignoring some ambiguity.

If there's no way to rescind votes, then I'll just vote Graxcham on all of them. Because 1) There's nothing that says votes have to only be yes or no and 2) Graxcham is neither yes nor no, so it doesn't factor into the calculations of "votes yes - votes no".
