My fellow jesters, it has just come to my attention that those lazy jesters in Jester Parliament never set a vote on when the day would end. As you can see, we are clearly better off without them, because now I can conduct this important official business on my own, which is obviously a major change in procedure.
By official declaration from the Prime Minister of Jesterland's office, today will end on Friday, June 21 at 8 PM Mountain Time. Which, by the way, is the new official Jesterland time zone, and is to be observed by all jesters, effective immediately.
That is all, you may now return to your daily jestering.

I speak, of course, of the Great Votal Depression. For years now, Jesterland has been an international leader in votals, but today's reports indicate a 100 percent decline.
Now, I've called for an investigation into this matter, and it seems that the cause of this disaster is a lack of votes to total up.
Therefore, as your Prime Minister, I would like to remind all jesters here that it is your duty as citizens of Jesterlands to vote to kill one of your fellow jesters for the good of our nation, especially if they oppose my leadership for some incomprehensible reason. Thank you.
