It's possible. In which case, both our theories would work together. Note that money doesn't necessarily == oranges though (see how the sign explicitly says "oranges and currency"), so Pharmacy's role doesn't necessary mean oranges.
I will say, it's fun seeing how self-conscious the dayactions are.

This time, there's a clear consensus. A majority votes to lynch Reyweld.
But before he's dragged to the gallows, he pauses by the stand.
"I just found out I had this," he says, tossing a thousand Jesterdollar bill at the stall. "Give me a second."
As soon as the stall processes the transaction, Reyweld turns towards Lordlyhour and promptly begins pelting him with slippers from the pile that formed earlier.
"That's what you get for not voting!"
And with that, Reyweld steps forward to meet his fate as a jester.
Reyweld was the Crooked Lawyer. For the right price, he'd make sure anyone was found Innocent, or at least had it written on their foreheads. They had no alliance to town or scum, just whoever paid.
Each night, Reyweld could visit one player. If that player had any money, Reyweld would take 1000 Jesterdollars from them and write INNOCENT on their forehead. If they didn't have any cash, nothing would happen.
Reyweld would win if, at any point during the game, more than half the living players had INNOCENT written on their foreheads. It didn't matter whether Reyweld was the source or not.
With that settled, everyone heads back to their cells, since Glorious Leader Paranoia hasn't arbitrarily released them yet.
It is now night. Please get your actions in promptly.

Minor note. I'm not doing role descriptions in the first post because they're hard to summarize in this mess of a game.

After a lengthy night, everyone finally gets up and gathers in the main hall or whatever it is.
This time, there's a corpse among them.
Akumu was the Cowardly Framer, a nervous fellow whose job was to make other people look bad. He was third-party in alignment, for whatever that matters in this game.
Each night, he could pick one player and write the word GUILTY on their forehead, but he was extremely nervous and would retreat if anyone else visited his target.
Akumu would win if three players survived nightkills due to protective items.
While everyone is processing Akumu's death, a voice blares over the speakers again.
"MIRDINI VISITED JUSTICE WATCH AND AKUMU!"
After recovering, everyone looks around. No new words or other markings have appeared on anyone's foreheads, just the ones that were already there.
But just as everyone is about to get ready, the speaker blares up again.
"We have a message from Glorious Leader Paranoia! Reyweld is to be given a posthumous medal for finding our Glorious Leader's slippers, and for an exemplary sense of purpose as a jester. The rest of you could learn well from his example."
And with that, everyone is left to fend for themselves again.
