Maybe you can dream bullshit your way through ask Elizabeth yourself and have a nap at the same time.

What happens when the other hand holds the phone?

But a larger question:

Why did the naughts vanish? If the doctors returned, that means that the side at the sugarbeet factory was in the future, anything that crossed from that side to the hospital would have stayed because there was no temporal tension.

That means, based on what we know about the naughts and time travel, there's no reason they should have vanished. Well there are 3 possibilities, each one is bad.

1) They need to be in some proximity of the botfly to operate.
2) Gregor or the botfly deliberately made them disappear.
3) We really don't know anything about what is going on here.

3 is likely, but sucks. 2 means we're still playing into some kind of twisted plan. 1) seems like a weakness but...if the botfly's powers are limited by location - that means that Bina shouldn't have remanants of that power, her arm or access to the moment, when she's this far away. Which would mean that whatever in her arm is somehow independent of the main botfly - like a botfly Jr. Or a larva.

Where's Gregor?

Did Elizabeth even bother setting a code? It could be 0000.

The phone is a dead-end. Look around for something else to do.

Oh great, her wounds got full of timey-wimey botfly secretions and she's full of some kind of radiation that isn't even on our electromagnetic spectrum...

Reason it out any way you like. The important thing is that if you continue it is because you choose to do so.
