The image is wider and shorter than 200x200 but I don't care anymore. I'll judge it as it is.

The image follows rule δ. It doesn't pass rule α, but I can tell it passes rule γ.

γ one color must spell a word three letters or longer in hexadecimal (ca7, facade, dead, b00b, fa11)

ε image must be transparent [this wasn't even hard imo what took so long]

1. no animated gifs
2. editing other users' images is allowed this time
3. i reserve the right to not judge any image that isn't 200x200! please resize your images!

rules are signified by a, e, i, o, u, and sometimes y! (there isn't actually a rule y) (there are only 5 rules as usual)
