You make sure all the doors on the floor are closed for now, then hide the bathroom key in the hamper and the pantry key under a soup can for good measure. Better safe than sorry.
Too bad about the hallway closet. It doesn't really have a lock, so the best you can do is close it all the way.

You equip the weapon and wrap the fabric around yourself. Despite the size and materials, both seem quite easy to wield.

seconding this over all the other commands that are telling alice to do exactly the same (hopefully repeat commands wont carry negative penalties), and also, the items that are missing (at least within the closet) are one of the fabrics (a yellow one with a white square / rhombus pattern, much like alices current set), a small blue cutter in the third cup on the wall, a curvy ruler thingy on the wall, and something on the sewing machine but i cant quite tell what it is
I suspect the missing items were combined together to make the current new items we have, the blue exacto cutter was combined with the ruler to make it larger, and the yellow fabric was combined with something to turn it into a kilt, i suspect it was alice's star hairpin, since the kilt has a similar silver pin

Perhaps your newly acquired items were made from the ones you're missing since they look rather similar? Either way, someone or something was in your room and put this together.
