Are there any resources you have in the house that can be "Home Alone"d to make a trap for monsters? If so, maybe you should take note of them, and make a plan to gather them the next time you dream. Any little edge or early warning might make all the difference, or possibly just make your life easier. I almost said Kevin McAllister instead of Home Alone, but there's less of a chance of her recognizing that name. You hope he'll get home soon, it's getting kinda late to still be running around in the street. >It may be wise to test out some theories about sleeping before you go to bed. Perhaps see what will and what won't manifest in the dream world. You can't think of any theories to try before bed off the top of your head. Perhaps if you thought more deeply about it? >Alice: Maybe you should contemplate your situation in the dream world. Well, put like that, you can think of *one* thing... ==> You pick up your HOUSE KEYS. ==> ==> You make your back to your room. Oh, it seems your brother is back online! ==> You may have… exaggerated a little on your success as a Dream Adventurer, but you really think it’s best to keep your brother in the dark about things that will undoubtedly stress him. Is there anything else you want to do before bed? RE: Lucidstuck:swap!AU fanadventure (1) - CJayoj - 09-22-2018 >If its all the same perhaps grab some items you may need for later if you can think of any. if not: Sleep RE: Lucidstuck:swap!AU fanadventure (1) - TerraTorment - 09-22-2018 >lock your hallway closet so no monsters can hide in there like last time, and if there's any in there they'll become trapped. RE: Lucidstuck:swap!AU fanadventure (1) - amobiaman - 09-22-2018 >Alice: make sure ALL doors are locked before bed. At least every door that doesn’t need to be unlocked, such as pantry and closets RE: Lucidstuck:swap!AU fanadventure (1) - Panur - 09-24-2018 > Alice: make sure ALL doors are locked before bed. At least every door that doesn’t need to be unlocked, such as pantry and closets You make sure all the doors on the floor are closed for now, then hide the bathroom key in the hamper and the pantry key under a soup can for good measure. Better safe than sorry. Too bad about the hallway closet. It doesn't really have a lock, so the best you can do is close it all the way. >If it’s all the same perhaps grab some items you may need for later if you can think of any. if not: Sleep You can't think of any items off the top of your head. Maybe next time you should think more carefully about what you want to do? You close your eyes and start counting back from one hundred. You are not sure you make it to seventy-three. ==> +++++++++++++++++++ just FYI people, I'm off vacationing for the next couple weeks, updates will resume once I'm back~ RE: Lucidstuck:swap!AU fanadventure (1) - TerraTorment - 09-24-2018 >mentally call over dt and have him explain this new loot that appeared out of nowhere, also hey doesn't that weapon sort of look like your rotary cutter? RE: Lucidstuck:swap!AU fanadventure (1) - Panur - 10-07-2018 ==> > Mentally call over DT and have him explain this new loot that appeared out of nowhere, also hey doesn't that weapon sort of look like your rotary cutter? You try to concentrate hard on DT, same as you tried with Raziel before. There's a pap on the door shortly after. Raziel lets DT in. ==> RE: Lucidstuck:swap!AU fanadventure (1) - CJayoj - 10-07-2018 >Could your brother have possibly shown up and made it? if not is it some kind of illusion your mind generated? either way its easy to test. RE: Lucidstuck:swap!AU fanadventure (1) - amobiaman - 10-07-2018 Alice: Cautiously inspect the gigantic razor. Maybe ask DT to triplicate it’s effects, to make sure it’s not a monster. RE: Lucidstuck:swap!AU fanadventure (1) - TerraTorment - 10-07-2018 >Alice might as well take the new items, by the looks of things it seems like you have an ally whos looking out for you this command should hopefully prompt alice to equip the new things RE: Lucidstuck:swap!AU fanadventure (1) - Panur - 10-10-2018 > Could your brother have possibly shown up and made it? if not is it some kind of illusion your mind generated? either way it’s easy to test. > Alice: Cautiously inspect the gigantic razor. You equip the weapon and wrap the fabric around yourself. Despite the size and materials, both seem quite easy to wield. RE: Lucidstuck:swap!AU fanadventure (1) - TerraTorment - 10-10-2018 we best be careful with our commands now, dont input anything too out of character, alice might be clued into the observers being a thing, like it happened in canon ls >Alice: give dt your rotary cutter, so he can use it to fight monsters alongside you and by rotary cutter i mean the usual one that should be in alices closet, not this new cutter thing, which i suspected to be alices rotary cutter but seems to not be RE: Lucidstuck:swap!AU fanadventure (1) - amobiaman - 10-10-2018 >Alice: Whoever made these items knows your colours; yellow and black. You try to think of anyone else who would be willing to help, or even be capable of making something like this... but nobody comes to mind. The fabric does still seem incredibly familiar. >Alice: give DT your rotary cutter, so he can use it to fight monsters alongside you ==> DT follows you into your closet and equips the rotary cutter. You have a second, more careful look around the closet. RE: Lucidstuck:swap!AU fanadventure (1) - calescentInfernum - 10-15-2018 >Speculate on the items you found. The handle of the large knife does look like your ruler, as well as looking like a thread knife. The kilt too, as the plates may have come from the needle plate. Perhaps your newly acquired items were made from the ones you're missing since they look rather similar? Either way, someone or something was in your room and put this together. |
