Picture Drawing Contest - g0m - 05-08-2016

Welcome to the picture drawing contest. there are five secret rules to the picture drawing contest, the winner is whoever is the first to make a 200 pixel x 200 pixel picture that follows all five of the rules.

You can only post one picture per post... just so no one wrecks anyone's browser by posting 1 million 200 pixel images at a time. And one picture means no animations either!!

If you don't know how big 200 x 200 pixels is, here's an image of that size.
